Of course, the Carrera 30369 Bluetooth Connector is also a must-have for using the fantastic SmartRace app. That app is really essential if you want to race a bit seriously, making full use of all the track's features. |

Another great addition to the track are the Truspeed controllers. These are wired controllers for the Digital system with a finger trigger instead of a thumb trigger. Personally, I find them much nicer to drive with, the throttle is easier to control. |

I also have the; Carrera 30355 Lap Counter. This is a nice device that displays drivers' lap times and split times. But I have to admit, it just sits here unused thanks to the SmartRace app. |

For fast lap times, it's important that your tires are perfectly round, something that's not guaranteed from the factory. This RSM-4 Tyre Truer makes sure your tires are 100% round and have great grip on the track. |

The four double lane changers on the track are equipped with anti-collision chips (visible through the control LED on the track). This prevents ghost cars or overenthusiastic fellow racers from changing lanes while another car is alongside. This way, collisions and unnecessary interruptions are avoided. |
